• All products are custom-made using the photo and specifications you provide.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that photos uploaded are high-quality and correctly formatted.

• Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellations or changes are not possible.

2. Payments

• We accept secure payments via PayFast and other approved methods.

• Prices may be shown in multiple currencies (ZAR, USD), but final billing is processed through your selected method in the displayed total.

• All transactions are processed in compliance with data protection and payment security standards.

3. Shipping

• We offer international delivery via DHL Express or other reputable carriers.

• Shipping times vary by location, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes in their country.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery, with photographic proof.

5. Use of Uploaded Photos

• By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.

• We do not use your photos for any purpose other than to produce your custom product.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to ensure accuracy in product representation, but colors, proportions, and cropping may vary slightly due to custom formatting.

• We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or exposure beyond intended use.
