At The Porcelain Photo Lab, we take great pride in crafting custom porcelain photo plaques that hold deep personal value. Because each item is made-to-order using a photo you provide, we follow a specific return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Custom Product Policy
All products are custom-made based on your uploaded photo and specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective.
2. Photo Approval Process
To ensure satisfaction, we may enhance or adjust your photo for optimal printing. If we require clarification, we’ll contact you before production.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives broken, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief explanation of the issue
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed if:
The product is defective or incorrect due to our error
Your order was canceled before production began
The package was lost in transit (with verified tracking)
We do not offer refunds for:
Incorrect photo submissions
Misspelled names submitted by customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Custom ceramic photo plaques
Uploaded digital images
Gift cards or downloadable items (if offered)
